If you are lucky enough to be visiting the beautiful town of Sedona on New Year’s Eve, you won’t have to worry about traveling to a big city to ring in the New Year because there is plenty of fun happening right here in this quaint little town.  You can spend the day of New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day by taking an amazing tour of the beautiful Red Rocks with Sedona’s Pink Jeep Tours, and you can find plenty of souvenirs to remind you of this special New Year’s trip by browsing through the shops of Tlaquepaque

If you’re looking for a special event to ring in the New Year, check out the New Year’s Eve Package at Reds Restaurant in the Sedona Rouge. If you’re looking for something a little larger, the Poco Diablo Resort is a great place to dance the night away with that special someone.  Host DJ Kevin will be playing songs from the 70’s, and admission includes snacks, party favors, and the required midnight champagne toast, providing a festive environment to ring in the New Year.

Another great option is the VOCA New Year’s Eve Party at VOC in Sedona, which also includes great music with a DJ, champagne toast, hors d’oeuvres and dessert. Comedy and dinner at Los Abrigados Resort is another excellent choice.

Surrounded by red-rock monoliths and vortexes, Sedona is popular for spiritual and metaphysical retreats.  If you are looking for a different type of activity to celebrate the New Year, sign up for the Conscious Evolution Insight Retreat: Be Your Own Shaman on New Year’s Eve or take the New Year Meditation Retreat with Sarah McLean & Friends at the Sedona Life Center.

No matter what activity you choose to start the New Year with, you can relax afterwards knowing you’ll get a great night’s sleep at the nearby BEST WESTERN PLUS Arroyo Roble Hotel & Creekside Villas.  So enjoy a great New Year’s Eve Celebration in the red rocks of Sedona for a trip that you will always remember.
