Sedona, AZ (October 16, 2012) — The BEST WESTERN Plus Arroyo Roble Hotel in Sedona, Arizona was recognized with both the Champion Customer Care Award and the Champion Best Western Rewards® Award at Best Western International’s 2012 Convention and Global Conference held recently in Las Vegas, Nev.  The awards were presented in front of more than 2,000 industry peers.

The Customer Care Champion Award honors Member properties that demonstrate and best exemplify exceptional levels of service and care.
